Refund Policy - Paid participants can recieve a refund if they need to pull out of race, but only if giving event coordinator one week's notice of cancellation.
 
Waiver (must be signed by all participants) - Print this out and turn in day of event to save time.
 
In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I waive any and all claims for myself and my heirs against organizers, officials and sponsors of the Bourbon City Challenge Adventure Race, volunteer property owners, publicly owned properties and their respective governing agencies and all others tied to the event for injury or illness which may directly or indirectly result from my participation in this event. By signing this waiver, I give Bourbon City Challenge Adventure Race organizers and staff all rights to use photos taken during the event that may be used in further publications, including media purposes.
